Vectric V10 Tutorials | Getting Started | Avalon Nameplate

In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to create the simple vector shapes required to make this Avalon nameplate. We will then take those vectors and walk you through creating some basic toolpaths, preview those toolpaths in a 3D simulation, and check to make sure everything looks OK. Once we are happy, we’ll go through the simple process of saving those off, ready to send to your CNC machine.

~ Draw Rectangle 02:36
~ Draw Text 05:34
~ Material Setup 07:40
~ Pocket Toolpath 10:26
~ Toolpath Preview 15:54
~ Profile Toolpath 19:22
~ Save Toolpaths 24:34

**PLEASE NOTE** This tutorial was recorded in V10.0 and so the pocket toolpath section will look a little different if you are currently using v10.5, we are currently working on updating this video, but in the meantime please take a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CF1Vve14q3Q that explains how the new (10.5) pocket toolpath works.
