TUTORIAL: Using Probe Geometry to Update Tool Wear

In this quick tip Richard Stubley, one of our process specialists, will take you through the process to update your tool wear using Fusion 360, starting with what tool wear is and where the values are stored on your Haas controller (other machines may vary! Always reference your user manual).
Then he'll take a look at an example in Fusion 36 with an in-depth look into parameters to improve your probing. After seeing the machine in action updating the compensation values Richard will discuss 2 approaches for single part or repeat production.
