Machining an MRI Headphone Connector on the Tormach Slant Pro! When a new set of medical headphones costs $395, a crucial part keeps breaking, and no replacement parts are sold...CNC to the rescue! The part ended up being perfect for what was required; however, the machining didn't go as well as I would have hoped.
As always, it's tempting not to show these things BUT as long as we learn important lessons along the way, it's worth it!
