3D CAD Modeling Service

Our 3D CAD (computer aided design) modeling software arsenal consists of both Autodesk Fusion 360 and MOI3D. We are able to import the majority of CAD data formats from our customers. We have the option to save data created using industry standard formats for downstream applications and manufacturing.

We are able to work from customers sketches, ideas or existing CAD data to take your project to the next level. We provide a professional service and work to high standards.

3D Printing Service

We use a range of 3D Printing filaments, but prefer to use PLA filament because of the advantages it offers.

Poly Lactis Acid (PLA) is derived from corn starch and can be organically grown in field. It is also bio-degradable and can be recycled with commercial composting methods.

Poly(lactic acid) or polylactic acid or polylactide (PLA) is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch (in the United States and Canada), cassava roots, chips or starch (mostly in Asia), or sugarcane (in the rest of the world). In 2010, PLA had the second highest consumption volume of any bioplastic of the world.

CNC Machining & Engraving Service

2D CNC Profile Machining is removing material with either a cutting or engraving toolpath. This also includes 2.5D machining usually associated with V-carving toolpaths.The machine is guided via the machine data file. The data is created using a pre-processor or toolpathing software. Vector based curves are loaded into this software and different tools are assigned depending on the type of cut required.

We can also engrave materials, both with machining processes and laser , however we are restricted to wooden materials when we use a laser.

3D CNC Machining is also possible when customer require more intricate parts.

Aluminium Profiles Service

Our 20 Series profiles can be used for many different applications, some of which include cases for electronics, enclosures to house machinery and storage units.

These profiles provide an easy-to-assemble solution and can be assembled into different configurations with minimal tools. In the products we produce for in-house operations we use allen head cap bolts as they offer the most practical solution. This allows the whole structure to be assembled with an allen key or hex screwdriver set.
