Milling WWII Airplane Parts for Aviation History Museum | WW256

Let's CNC Vaultee BT-13 Heater Quadrant Parts! I started volunteering at MAPS Air Museum a few months ago and they needed new carburettor and oil cooler control ratchet pieces. The original pieces weren't in good shape and originals are hard to come by, so this is a perfect part to CNC! YES, I KNOW....it also qualifies as a part we could do on a laser but I chose to mill them instead. We'll walk through speeds & feeds while we machine the fixture and parts. We'll also cover some minor issues we had along the way.
