Machining a De Havilland Mosquito Airplane Bracket! WW203

How to CNC Machining a bracket for the De Havilland Mosquito Airplane on the Tormach PCNC 1100. More specifically, the angle-joint (wing to fuselage) bracket! In this video, we cover set-ups, workholding, and Fusion 360 CAM. For this type of work, the stakes are high. That being said, let's discuss 2 major mistakes and how to fix them; plus, tips to increase efficiency if you're in production. Last but not least, if the horizontal toolpath isn't "cutting" it, there's an EASY way to get a different toolpath using 2D Contour!
