Finishing Johnny 5 Track Drive Assemblies! The tension/chain assembly ensures that Johnny’s tracks stay taut.

For the tension blocks, we’ll set up multi-station mod vises on the Tormach 1100MX to show how to do a small production run.
We’ll modify off-the-shelf sprockets using the EMCO lathe, use a combination of manual lathe and CNC for the brass chain tensioner parts, and then we’ll machine some rings.
