Fusion 360 Post Processors: How to post ZERO RPM and create a warning to avoid exceeding your machine MAX RPM! These two changes allow us to run a tool that doesn't need to rotate (not live) AND prevent us from breaking tools by ordering us to double check that the machine can handle the required RPM.
