This Quick Tip video shows you how to resolve the filament diameter toolpath generation error that users will come across after the July 2023 release for Autodesk Fusion 360.

In this release the “Filament Diameter” setting has moved from the print settings into the machine configuration. This was done to clean up the print settings and improve the user experience.

This update means that all previous FFF setups and non-Fusion 360 Library FFF machines will need to have their ‘filament diameter’ setting updated manually. This fix will only need to be done once for each old setup or machine.
