Building Johnny 5 Part 7: Cradle Base & Lower Torso | WW260

Machining, Bending, and BEATING the Johnny 5 A frames, cradle base, and lower torso into shape using crude caveman style techniques--WHATEVER IT TAKES! We use nearly every machine and tool in the shop: plasma cutting, milling on the Tormach 1100M+, turning on the EMCO, 4th axis machining on the TM3P, welding, powder coating, hammering, vise bending, lasering, and hammering....you name it, we did it.
